Frequency counts are as follows: for BF, 151 in the 6th, 184 in the 7th, and 89 in the 8th grades; for BM, 38 in the 6th grade, 26 in the 7th, and 27 in the 8th; for the YRBS girls, 103 in the 6th, , 418 in the 7th, and 418 in the 8th; for YRBS boys, there were 105 in the 6th, 387 in the 7th, and 302 in the 8th.  Percentages are for display purposes only. The actual number answering each question  vary , for both the BF/BM programs and the YRBS. The difference between the program group and the YRBS for each grade was deemed statistically significant when the calculated likelihood of the difference occurring by chance was less than 5 percent. Calculations were performed on frequencies, not percentages.
